Deine Aufgaben
- As a member of our central Data & BI team, you will drive data-driven decision-making for the most relevant digital platform in the construction industry
- Independently design and develop dashboards in our visualization tool
- Carry out ad-hoc analyses and share findings with all relevant stakeholders
- Drive key projects as part of cross-functional teams to increase automation and efficiency
- Work embedded in our Central and Eastern European team in Warsaw
- Lead the CEE analytics initiatives in close contact with local management and teams in Germany, the Czech Republic, and Austria
- Regularly monitor a wide range of KPIs, from conversion rates to market prices and product developments on our platform
- Create versioned data transformations in the DWH, connect new data sources to our DWH, or implement machine learning models
Dein Profil
- Several years of experience as a BI analyst, analytics engineer, or in a similar position
- Familiarity with at least one data visualization and reporting product, ideally Looker
- Ability to handle complicated SQL statements and experience in modeling data, ideally with dbt
- Knowledge of Python, web analytics, and data science is a big plus
- Experience working in the e-commerce or logistics industry is advantageous
- Passion for analytical and data-driven work
- Enjoyment of working in agile, interdisciplinary teams; eagerness to learn new things; willingness to take on responsibility
