Your mission

In this position, you will actively contribute to the further development of the entire company and manage your sales team as an experienced manager.
As Head of Sales you are responsible for the dynamic management of all sales activities in the Czech Republic.
The identification, recruitment, development, and management of your new sales team is in your hands.
You identify market trends, market opportunities, observe the competition and implement the corporate strategy together with the management team.
You define the sales strategy and contribute to reasonably scaling our fast-growing new business in the Czech Republic.
You are the link between Product & Tech and Operations and ensure a smooth flow of our digital business model with these teams.

You have a degree in business administration or technical studies - alternatively a corresponding education with several years of professional experience.
During your career, you gained several years of experience in a responsible sales position, including several years of management experience, within the construction industry or a manufacturing industry.
As an experienced and committed manager, you know how to direct and motivate your team. You want to make a difference with your leadership performance and see yourself as a passionate team player.
You are familiar with leading CRM systems and know how to use them data-based in the interest of the business.
You are customer-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure. Especially in the initial phase a high willingness to travel is required.
Your working style is characterized by strong communication skills in English and ideally also in German as well as being responsible, independent and team-oriented.
Negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain cooperative relationships are among your strengths.
