Gütersloh. Finding, fostering and retaining talents. Robert Grossekathöfer, previously responsible for the further development of Schüttflix’s strategic initiatives as Business Growth Manager, will take over responsibility for business in the Alpine republic as Country Manager in Austria. “I’ve been with the company on its journey from a regional start-up to a multinational platform. I’m delighted to now enjoy the confidence to further expand the business in Austria together with a great team and to assist the fragmented construction industry during its transformation,” says Grossekathöfer, describing his new role.

As Chief Technology Officer, Leonard Koch will push ahead with the ongoing development of the logistics platform and the issue of artificial intelligence. As Head of Engineering, he was previously responsible for the transformation of the company’s own infrastructure and tech stack. The 34-year-old, who is looking forward to his new role as CTO, says: “Schüttflix has a massive impact on the real world. Using my technological expertise for this and making a contribution to a resource-efficient construction industry motivates me every day. I look forward to the challenges that my new role will bring, especially the systematic mapping of the sustainable circular economy.”

Christian Hülsewig, CEO and co-founder of Schüttflix, noted: “In recent years, Robert and Leonard have made a decisive contribution to the further development of our company. So I am particularly proud that we’ve been able to put two talented young individuals from our own ranks into such positions of responsibility.” Magdalena Statnik, Vice President of People&Culture at Schüttflix, is also delighted with the new appointments. “Our focus is on the individual development of our employees,” she says. “We always try to recognise the skills and potential of our employees, to develop them further, and to deploy them where they will be needed in the future.”
