You are eager to change an industry from scratch and have significant impact on future customer behaviour, this is the right place for you. Together we will revolutionise the construction industry with outstanding design and a lot of fun as a team. You can work either remote in the whole of Germany or in any of our offices in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne or Gütersloh.

Your mission

  • As an integral part of our product and tech team, you plan and design user-friendly and intuitive user interfaces for our Schüttflix products.
  • You are responsible for and actively design all visuals of the user interface of all digital touchpoints of Schüttflix.
  • You translate UX concepts into modern, sophisticated designs and create UI elements, interactions, and screens for the technical implementation. In doing so, you consider our UI guidelines concerning colours, typography, icons, animations, and interaction principles and develop them further.
  • You test, validate, and continuously improve existing UIs and their components.
  • You work closely with developers to ensure that your designs are implemented as intended.
  • You are never satisfied with the first idea and test different ideas on prototypes before going into implementation.

Your profile

  • You have a degree in media, graphic, interaction or communication design or a successfully completed apprenticeship with similar qualifications.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in UI or UX design.
  • You have expertise in translating the brand and its values into appealing user interfaces.
  • You have relevant experience with design systems, such as Figma.
  • The importance of micro interactions and motion design plays a crucial role in your UIs and you know how to use them in a targeted way.
  • In your design decisions, you always have the needs and goals of your users in mind and know exactly how to respond to them.
  • Your strong communication skills help you present your well-thought-out design ideas to stakeholders and convince them of your design decisions.
  • Challenges attract you and you take them on with passion, commitment, and dedication.
  • You are fluent in English and eager to learn German.
