Newsletterterms

1. contents and frequency

After your newsletter registration we inform you regularly (usually monthly) by email about offers around Schüttflix, our products, services of our partners and special actions. The newsletters can also contain partner offers, raffles or exclusive discount actions, introduce important new Schüttflix partners and convey interesting facts about Schüttflix construction site logistics or selected partners. Our newsletters may also contain an invitation to participate in a survey. This can be an online survey or a presence survey. Participation is of course voluntary and is based on your informed consent, which you can revoke. The results of the survey will only be evaluated in an anonymous form; it is not possible to draw any conclusions about your person. The data you provide to us in the form will only be processed by us to the extent necessary to fulfill the conditions of participation. In order to exclude confusion during registration, we carry out a double opt-in procedure. After entering your e-mail address on our website, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to this address. Only when you have clicked on it, you are registered for the newsletter. With your registration for the newsletter you do not acquire any legal claim to receive our newsletter. Not that we intend to do so, but: We reserve the right to stop sending the newsletter without prior notice.

2. Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time: either by using the corresponding link at the end of each newsletter or by sending us an email to keininteresse@schuettflix.de.

Important: If you are registered with a different account than the one you are sending the email from, please note the email address you want to unsubscribe from in your email. Important: Please do not use the SPAM button of your e-mail system. Why? Because otherwise other e-mails from us (e.g. transaction-related communication) may end up in spam and will no longer be delivered safely.

3. data protection

3.1 Collection, processing and use of personal data

In order to make our newsletters to you as useful as possible, we collect and use data to a limited extent. In doing so, we handle your data responsibly. We store the following personal data: the e-mail address you provide when registering and the IP address you use when registering. We store the IP address to prevent misuse. After clicking the confirmation link, it will be deleted.

The collection and storage of your email address is based on the justification for the processing of data after registration for the newsletter according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DS-GVO. You can find all further information on data protection in our data protection conditions, which you can access online at any time (https://www.schuettflix.com/de/de/privacy-policy/).

We store your personal data until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. When you unsubscribe, the data is deleted from our system (and from our order processor, if we use one to send newsletters). In order to make your emails more useful or interesting, we may receive information about which Schüttflix emails you open and which links you click on, if your computer supports this function. In addition, the data and other information stored about your customer account, as well as usage data of the website, help us to present you with personalized advertising and/or special offers and services. For this purpose, we use cookies and tracking pixels on our digital offers and in our newsletter.

3.2 Passing on your data to third parties

We refrain from the commercial transfer of your data (sale, rental) to third parties and do not engage in address trading. If it is necessary for the dispatch of the newsletter, we transmit your data to the service providers who support us in the creation and dispatch of our advertising materials. In these cases, however, the scope of the transmitted data is limited to the minimum necessary. The service providers have been carefully selected by us and are obligated to us in accordance with the legal provisions to handle your data with confidence and to comply with our own data protection standards. In particular, our service providers are of course not permitted to pass on your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

3.3 Objection to the use of your data

If you wish to object to the further use of your data or have your data changed or deleted, please inform us in writing by mail or e-mail. Please write by mail to Schüttflix GmbH, Attn: Data Protection Officer, Kaiserstraße 24, 33330 Gütersloh or by e-mail to data.protection@schuettflix.de. To do so, contact the data protection authority responsible for your place of residence or your federal state or the data protection authority responsible for us: North Rhine-Westphalia State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information

In addition, legal action may also be taken against you at your general place of jurisdiction or at any other place where legal jurisdiction exists. We may unilaterally change the terms and conditions for sending newsletters if this serves to adapt to changes in the legal or technical framework and you are not thereby disadvantaged contrary to good faith. However, this right only applies to the frequency of delivery and the use of techniques for more targeted communication with you, which are subject to constant technical development. Of course, we will inform you about any changes via the e-mail address used for sending the newsletter. The change will become part of the contract if you do not object to the inclusion in the contractual relationship in text form within six weeks after receipt of the change notification.
